Diane Antell

Diane Antell was born and raised in Bellmore, New York. She decided to pursue her educational studies in Florida and attended the University of South Florida. In 1994 she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in political Science. Following her graduation she attended Saint Thomas school of Law in Miami, Florida. In 1997 she earned her JD and was admitted to practice law. Her family had extensive involvement in the Worker's Compensation system in both New York and Florida, as such she entered into that field of law.

Initally, she worked in a small firm handling both claimant's cases and defense cases. In 1998 she left that firm and joined a big defense firm, Stiles, Taylor and Grace. After 1 year she was promoted to managing attorney of Stiles, Taylor and Grace PA and was then named partner in 2002. Although she enjoyed her defense practice she realized that her true passion was negotiating claims and helping both sides. As a defense attorney she personally mediated over 1000 cases, realizing her unique ability to successfully negotiate settlements on over 95% of her cases. Diane left her defense practice to pursue her true passion, mediating claims.


Allyson Tomchin

Throughout her dynamic career, Allyson Tomchin has touched many lives and organizations by developing relationships with an eye to reaching a goal. The unique element that she brings to her work is a total focus on you and is driven in her efforts to get the job done. Allyson brings a sense of urgency and clarity through her Goal Oriented Approach by systematically dissecting complex matters and addressing solutions, not problems.

Allyson's background is diverse with extensive clinical experience in Broward County Alcohol and Drug Abuse programs. She created a not-for-profit gang prevention program in Miami-Dade County in coordination with the State Attorneys Office, Barry University and The Miami Beach Police Department. Allyson also coordinated medical, legal, case management, therapeutic, & educational services for over 900 families for Miami-Dade County Public Schools and provided clinical supervision for Social Work Interns from FIU, FSU, and Barry University. She has consulted on program evaluations for The University of Miami and The United States Department of Education. As manager of training and customer relations in the private sector for a technology driven businesses negotiation skills were vital as she developed and facilitated effective cross functional technical/manufacturing/ sales and marketing teams.

Her strength in family mediation lies in the belief of working in collaboration toward reaching the common goal of constantly and consistently remaining child centered.

Allyson received her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida and her Master's Degree in Social Work from Barry University. She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Allyson is the President of Directive Energy, a Coaching, Training and Mediation firm based in Hollywood, Florida.
